ENCORE stands for the Environmental and Coastal Resources Management (Project). The main goal of which is to promote sustainable utilisation of natural resources within OECS territories. It is comprised of two components: a reginal one to be conducted in all OECS territories and a Local Site component to be implemented in Saint Lucia and Dominica. (MIBA)
