This document is the result of the Evaluation Mission of the IICA Office in Jamaica. The report is divided into nine chapters covering the main results of the analysis of IICA actions in Jamaica during the period 1984-1988. Conclusions arrived at by the Mission and recommendations derived from those conclusions are presented. The report also provides reflexions on the future of the Office. The purpose of the evaluation was to critically analyze: 1) the Office actions; 2) the significance of the impact of the technical cooperation provided to the country, and 3) the management of the Office resources and the activities that it carries out.
