Summary, etc	El objetivo de la presente investigación fue seleccionar aislamientos de hongos endofíticos de Trichoderma spp., para el biocontrol de Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense raza 1. Los resultados demostraron que los hongos endofíticos presentaron un mínimo porcentaje de incidencia, siendo TJ5 el que sobresalió con un menor porcentaje de 37,5 percent, no presentando el testigo absoluto ningún síntoma. Así mismo hongos endofíticos TC9, TP3 y TCL1 redujeron desde un 92 por ciento hasta 90 por ciento los síntomas externos en comparación a los testigos referenciales. Los síntomas internos del cormo se redujeron hasta un 74 por ciento por el hongo endofítico TC9. Adicionalmente se detectó que plantas protegidas con hongos endofíticos promovieron el crecimiento en las variables altura de la planta, número de hojas, diámetro del pseudotallo, ancho de la tercera hoja, peso de radical, peso del follaje y peso total de la planta. Se presentaron correlaciones entre las variables del bioensayo de biocontrol y se obtuvo el grupo élite de Trichoderma spp., para este estudio.

Summary, etc	The objective of this research was to select isolates of endophytic fungi of Trichoderma spp., for the biocontrol of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 1. The results showed that endophytic fungi showed a small percentage of incidence being the TJ5 who excelled with the lowest percentage of 37,5 percent, without showing any symptoms absolute control. Also TC9 endophytic fungi, TP3 and TCL1 reduced from 92 percent to 90 percent external symptoms, compared to reference control. Corm internal symptoms were reduced to 74 percent by the endophytic fungus TC9. Additionally it was found that protected plants endophytic fungi in promoting growth in the variables plant height, leaf number, pseudostem diameter, width of third leaf, root weight, leaf weight and total weight of the plant. There were correlations between the bioassay of biocontrol and obtained an elite group of Trichoderma spp., for this study.
