El objetivo general del trabajo fue diagnosticar de manera participativa la situación organizacional y empresarial de CoopeDuchí, con el fin de recomendar líneas de acción para lograr la sostenibilidad organizativa. La aplicación del proyecto evaluó las siguientes áreas: estructura organizativa y funcionalidad, orientación estratégica empresarial, capacidad de gerencia y gestión empresarial; y valoración de la organización. Lo anterior con la finalidad de definir y analizar el grado de sostenibilidad organizacional y empresarial de la cooperativa, en donde se reflejen los resultados de las estrategias y acciones llevadas a cabo. El trabajo se realizó en tres fases y El resultado final del autodiagnóstico, mostró que el área más crítico, es el eje de orientación estratégica empresarial debido a la inexistencia de un plan estratégico, por lo tanto, se propuso como línea de acción inmediata su elaboración, puesto que es el marco donde se definen los objetivos para el desarrollo de una empresa a corto y largo plazo. |
