En el Tomo 2 se han compilado las principales Leyes y Decretos, así como Reglamentos sobre la educación para graduados referente a instituciones seleccionadas. Es un material de utilidad como fuente de múltiple referencia para interesados en el campo. Se presenta un material informativo complementario sobre la Educación para Graduados en Estados Unidos, además de algunas leyes y decretos que reglamentan ese nivel educativo en escala nacional, en el caso de Brasil. Se describe el ejemplo del Instituto Colombiano de Especialización Técnica en el Exterior. En el tomo 3 se presenta un material cuya organización se orientó principalmente por la intención de promover e intensificar las auto-evaluaciones anuales de cada institución en su conjunto. Se lo podría considerar igualmente una fuente de referencia para el análisis de cada uno de los componentes principales que integran el proceso global de la educación de posgrado. |
