Pérdida Post-Cosecha .. una evaluación comienza cuando se han identificado los canales de parkoting y se ha llegado a un acuerdo gonoral sobre qué canales son más importantes y qué porcentaje del volumen total manejan, es en los canales que manejan el mayor porcentaje de volumen total que debe realizarse la evaluación de pérdidas. La siguiente discusión presentará un enfoque sistemático para la evaluación de pérdidas poscosecha, que hemos utilizado en República Dominicana con buenos resultados. El primer paso en la ovaluación de las pérdidas post-cosecha es un análisis de flujo. En las primeras etapas del estudio, cuando se dispone de información sobre el flujo 13 sobre el flujo, no se debe intentar recopilar datos para cuantificar las pérdidas. |
