Este seminario persigue promover la comunicación técnica entre sistemas y laboratorios para crear una corriente metodológica uniforme en el Área que permita viabilizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos sanitarios del comercio internacional. Se han tratado temas como el análisis de los sistemas de detección y control de los residuos tóxicos en carnes de exportación, el análisis de las restricciones a la importación de carne y el análisis de la capacidad de laboratorios. |
