El objetivo global de este proyecto es lograr la formulación e implementación de un plan nacional de comercialización agropecuaria, compatible con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Económico y Social. Además, se ha centrado en la cuantificación de las pérdidas que se producen en el proceso de comercialización de la papa por manejo inadecuado, en las causas de las mismas y en la forma en que podrían ser corregidas estas fallas mediante el seguimiento de prácticas elementales en manejo de productos perecederos. |
