Analiza la problemática para la generación y transferencia de tecnología en Suriname y propone alternativas para mejorar dicha situación. La temática desarrollada, en la primera parte, suministra a los participantes del Curso el marco conceptual y la información necesaria para la comprensión del método y las estructuras en la generación y transferencia de tecnología dentro de Suriname. Las etapas posteriores, se orientan a fomentar y promover discusiones y recomendaciones. Finalmente, se recopilan las diferentes alternativas sugeridas para la reestructuración del sistema de investigación y extensión, estableciéndose once recomendaciones específicas. It analyzes the problems for the generation and transfer of technology in Suriname and proposes alternatives to improve said situation. The theme developed, in the first part, provides Course participants with the conceptual framework and information necessary for understanding the method and structures in the generation and transfer of technology within Suriname. The later stages are aimed at fostering and promoting discussions and recommendations. Finally, the different suggested alternatives for restructuring the research and extension system are compiled, establishing eleven specific recommendations. A course evaluation is also carried out |
