Analiza el proceso de contrucción del régimen internacional del cambio climático desde la conferencia de Río de 1992 hasta la actualidad. Además aborda un conjunto de macro-variables y su correlación con el accionar de los actores más importantes a nivel global en términos de emisiones de gases efecto invernadero con el fin de establecer tres posibles escenarios asociados al cambio climático pos-Kioto. Finalmente se visualizan las posibles implicaciones en términos de seguridad y economía internacional de ese nuevo régimen y explora las implicaciones para Centroamérica y para los agentes públicos y privados en esta región. |
