Compendio de información básica y especializada sobre empresas asociativas de producción agropecuaria, que incluye desde un análisis histórico y sociológico de la trayectoria de este tipo de empresa en el medio rural latinoamericano hasta señalar los requerimientos de actividades de capacitación sobre administración para lograr el óptimo nivel, pasando por procedimientos contables específicos, criterios para la planeación de los recursos físicos, empleo de mano de obra, manejo administrativo y algunos estudios de casos.
