Este trabajo tuvo el objetivo de actualizar el plan estratégico para adaptar su nivel de crecimiento que ha logrado en los últimos años, mediante un diagnóstico socio empresarial donde se analizaron los ámbitos sociales – organizativo y productivo – empresarial, además revisar información disponible como documentos normativos, datos, elementos estratégicos entre otros desarrollados inicialmente que guiaban el camino de la organización. Se determinó que la información se encontraba desactualizada y las personas que dirigen y colaboran en la organización en su mayoría desconocían generando falta de compromiso y afectación entre los directivos, trabajadores y socios (jurídicos y comerciales). |
