El documento explica sobre el significado del motor que es una fuente de fuerza de los tractores y está destinado a desarrollar trabajos de tiro o de tracción, estacionarios, y de empuje. Como ejemplo del trabajo de tiro se tiene el acople de implementos en la barra de tiro estándar, tales como los arados y las rastras. El acople de un implemento en el enganche en tres puntos, como los arados integrales o de montaje y las rastras integrales. Los trabajos estacionarios los realiza por medio de la polea y el eje de toma de fuerza, como por ejemplo, el bombeo de agua, la operación de una trilladora estacionaria, un molino, etc. Los trabajos de empuje son típicos de los tractores a orugas, tales como el uso de hojas topadoras y de hojas destroncadoras |
