La guía pretenden incrementar la capacidad técnica de la región para la utilización del proceso de análisis de riesgo de plagas (ARP), con énfasis en el análisis de plantas como plagas, en el apoyo del fortalecimiento regional de la implementación de medidas fitosanitarias y el acceso a mercados. Se pretende orientar a los analistas de riesgo en la preparación de análisis de riesgo de plantas como plagas (malezas).
