La guía se desarrollada con el interés del fortalecimiento de la vigilancia fitosanitaria. Para la elaboración de esta guía se realizó un taller inicial con la finalidad de identificar una lista de contenidos. Asimismo, se llevaron adelante dos foros electrónicos, para promover la participación activa de los profesionales de las ONPF del COSAVE, donde analizó, revisó y armonizó; finalmente, se definieron dos plagas como estudios de casos. |
