The main activities carried out by the Institute in Granada during 2019 are identified, with respect to the needs and interests of the country, strengthening the food security and safety systems, occupational health, the link between agriculture and the tourism industry and the sustainable use of local foods. Likewise, it contributed to the improvement of the management of the coconut cultivation fields.

Se identifican las principales actividades realizadas por el Instituto en Granada durante el 2019, con respecto a las necesidades e interés del país, fortaleciendo, los sistemas de seguridad e inocuidad alimentaria, salud ocupacional, el vínculo entre la agricultura y la industria del turismo y el uso sostenible de los alimentos locales. Asimismo, se contribuyo en el mejoramiento del manejo de los campos de cultivo del coco.
