The successful attempt to commercially produce carambola in the region and the acceptance by the ethnic and non-ethnic markets in the USA, Europe, Canada, Japan, Hong King, Singapore and the Middle East, have stimulated a great interest among potential producers. Continuously, the document is divided into three important aspects of Carambola production: Part 1: Generalities, Propagation and Nursery Management; Part 2: Planting and Post planting Care, and Part 3: Harvesting and Post-harvest Handling.
