This country is not suffering from high population concentration and therefore has significant areas of under utilized land, which may be suitable for integrated systems. It world require long-term capital investment and secure land tenure arrangements that allow young people to look to agriculture for their future. They need coordinated planning and improved project preparation, implementation and management. They must align themselves with international research institutions such as International Bee Research Assocition (IBRA), National Research Agencies of Governments, universities and foundations to greater enhance the methodology of beekeeping in integrated rural development programmes. They believe that technical training must be expanded and upgrated to include the latest tecniques of their craft. Finally, they must begin the social education process of their people. Informing them of the importance not only of feeding them selves, but also the interdependence of bees and crops. (MIBA)
