Finally, as a comment it explains that the Ministry cannot produce adequate numbers of first generation africanized honey bee queens due to various difficulties. The possibility that africanized bees can be transported to other Caribbean islands is recognized as well as the measures necesary to deal with subsequens problems. (MIBA)
