The document explains that the Workshop's major objectives were to: 1) Review technological and nontechnological constraints, including organisational and managerial issues, to vegetable production/marketing development in the OECS, and 2) Identify regional priority areas for technical and financial cooperation in the production and marketing selected vegetables which meet both current and prospective demands.
