The Workshop was aimed at achieving the following main results: 1) Improved understanding of political, organisational, managerial, technological and non-technological constraints to the development of vegetable production/marketing in the sub-region. 2) Joint recommendations to address the constraints. 3) Establishment of sustainable regional cooperation networks to facilitate the application of the recommendations.
