Some Caribbean countries already enjoy an unrecognized marketable position with tropical boutique agriculture, which needs to be elated and adopted as a national policy for the agricultural development of the region, and could place Caribbean countries in a competitive, advantageous position, relative to other countries, in a world market economy.
