The consultant explains that an important part of the evaluation procedures for the PROCENSUL II project consists of a series of baseline farm surveys done separately in each of the national program centers in the PROCENSUL II region, and planned follow up surveys. The follow up activities are designed to be longitudinal, lasting two years or so, and intensive, with monthly household visitations. These follow up are organized first around the baseline surveys, and second around the proposed follow up surveys.
