Five concentrations of both Btt and Bti (application of 0,5 ml, 1 ml, 1,5 ml and 2 ml suspensions with 10 spores/ml and a control) were used. Four months after the application of the bioagents, nematode populations (juveniles and males) in both experiments were significantly reduced at higher bioagents concentrations. The level of nematode control obtained with Btt and Bti respectivele, varied between 43 to 69 and 76 to 90. Both varieties of B. thuringiensis (btt and Bti) appeared to function as a biocontrol agents of soybean cyst nematode, Heterodera glycines race. (MV)
