El trabajo realizado durante el mes de diciembre, forma parte del Plan de Gestión del Conocimiento de la red nacional de innovación tecnológica de maíz y frijol de Guatemala, que tiene por objetivo mejorar la disponibilidad y acceso de información y conocimiento de los productores y productoras de maíz y frijol sobre innovaciones tecnológicas para incrementar la productividad de los cultivos y reducir pérdidas poscosecha. Las actividades, se desarrollaron en coordinación con los líderes temáticos de la UCP de Red SICTA, el Especialista en Tecnología e Innovación IICA Guatemala, el Director de ICTA CINOR y Coordinador Técnico de los PITS de Maíz y Frijol, el Subdirector de ICTA Ixcán y ejecutor técnico local de los PITS de Maíz y Frijol, el representante del Comité de Coordinación del PIT de Comercialización del Grupo Gestor El Asintal, el técnico de apoyo del PIT de Comercialización de ASUR, Técnicos de la Alianza IICA-P4P-PMA y con la participación de los representantes de los nodos territoriales del Norte, Oriente, Sur y Altiplano.
