The project, named Facilitating Latin American/Caribbean Linkages and Transfer of Technology for agricultural Development, presents its antecedents, the general problem, techniques and methods available for solving the specific problem, goals and impact, strategy, basic activities, responsibilities during project implementation, beneficiaries, total costs, timetable, actions taken prior to project implementation, indicators and information for follow-up and evaluation, and preparation and presentation of revised versions of the project document.
