The book is devided in four parts: Part one: gives an introduction to Agroforestry and a concize theoretical background. Part two: describes various tree propagation technique, including the et-up of a farm nursery. Also different tree management activities for Agroforestry are being delt with. Part three provides general information on the benefits and potentials of the most relevent Agroforestry practices for Guyana, and gives guidelines for implementation. Part four: describes those tree species, mentioned in part three, that are not indigenous to Guyana
