Its objectives were to: a) determine the level of achievement and relevance of the results produced in the country during the period January 1998 to August 2000; b) identify critical issues that affect the CA's performance in the country; c) identify relevant experiences for improving institutional performance; d) foster the development of new attitudes and skills required in the CA for the institutional transformation of IICA as a continuous learning organization; e) reach agreement on a series of actions to be undertaken to improve the CA's performance in the country
