Las potencialidades de conformación de iniciativas empresariales se basan principalmente en una disposición a organizarse por parte de los hogares rurales en general, puesto que los productores ven ventajas en construir este capital social para mejorar sus productos y calidad de vida. Se logró identificar una base viable para el desarrollo empresarial rural de la zona, ante todo en cuanto a la formación de Asociaciones de Productores que muestran menos requisitos en términos de los trámites legales, sistemas de registro y costo y tiempo de espera. Al mismo tiempo los hogares rurales del Alto Beni enfrentan un contexto de vulnerabilidad que se caracteriza principalmente por los efectos adversos de los frecuentes bloqueos de caminos, las sequías, fluctuaciones en precios de los productos agrícolas y los deficientes servicios de salud.

520			_aand 3) contribute to the expansion of the livelihoods framework toward rural enterprise development by smallholders. The potentialities of conformation of business initiatives are based mainly on the willingness to become organized on the part of rural households in general, since farmers perceive advantages in building this kind of social capital in order to improve their products and quality of life. A X feasible base for rural enterprise development in the zone was identified, mainly in regard to the creation of farmers associations that show fewer requirements in terms of legal procedures, registration systems, cost, and length of the overall process. At the same time, rural households in Alto Beni face a vulnerability context characterized in particular by the negative effects of the frequent road blockades, droughts, price fluctuation of agricultural products and inadequate health services.
