| 520 | _aEste trabajo recomienda estrategias para mejorar la gestión del recurso hídrico para consumo humano dentro de la microcuenca del río Purires, un sector de 76,23 hectáreas ubicadas en la provincia de Cartago, Costa Rica. Como objeto de estudio se utilizó a las ASADAS, entes locales de distribución de agua para consumo humano. Lo anterior por ser el actor más importante, entre muchos otros, dentro de cada comunidad en lo que respecta a la gestión del recurso hídrico. Los resultados permitieron esgrimir un marco de estrategias para una mejora en la gestión del recurso hídrico. Esta fue hecha para las diversas ASADAS dentro de la microcuenca, y toca diferentes aspectos donde cada una deberá priorizar sus actividades dependiendo del estado de avance en el cual estén al momento de aplicarla. | ||
