520			_aThe document explains that after an extremely fruitfull of implementing more efficient administrative procedures, the staff responsible turned their minds, at the second administrative retreat, to improving administrative effectiveness. The sections which follow summarize the discussions, recommendations and decisions. They were inserted, during the meeting, on Gillian's ADTREAT.88 file, thereby improving effective reporting and increasing participation. Finally, it was observed by the group that the level of analysis of this second retreat was more profound than the first one. This is an indication of the development of the administrative process in the office as well as the usefulness of this exercise. It was, therefore, recommended that it should become an annual event. Fueron insertados, durante la reunión, en el archivo ADTREAT.88 de Gillian, mejorando así los informes efectivos y aumentando la participación. Finalmente, el grupo observó que el nivel de análisis de este segundo retiro fue más profundo que el del primero.
